Software Test Engineer: Sponsorship Available

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Test Engineer with automation testing experience, API testing, and cloud infrastructure validation knowledge. While hands-on experience with AI testing (LLM validation, AI Guardrails) is a plus, strong testers who are eager to upskill in AI assurance will also be considered.

This is a client-facing role that requires:

• Exceptional communication skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• A high-energy approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure AI models are rigorously tested and meet ethical and regulatory standards

You will be expected to work two days per week on-site in London’s financial district, with remote work available for the remaining three days.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test automation frameworks to validate AI-driven applications
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, and Selenium
• Perform cloud infrastructure testing on AWS and Azure to ensure AI models run efficiently in production environments
• Assist in CI/CD testing to integrate AI model validation into the deployment pipeline
• Support bias, fairness, and robustness testing for AI models, ensuring compliance with responsible AI frameworks
• Work closely with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and software developers to improve AI testing processes
• Identify AI model failure points and provide recommendations for model retraining and improvement

Essential Skills and Experience

• 4 plus years of experience in test automation, software quality assurance, or cloud infrastructure testing
• Knowledge of Python for test automation
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Selenium
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
• Experience testing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• A strong interest in AI assurance, AI model validation, and responsible AI frameworks

Desirable Skills (not essential)

• Hands-on experience with AI model validation, LLM testing, or AI Guardrails
• Knowledge of bias/fairness testing methodologies in AI models
• Exposure to MLOps and AI governance frameworks
• Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
