As a health care assistant you will be required to support residents with person centred care following individual care plans.
You will be expected to:
- Provide and support with personal care maintaining a high standard of dignity and respect.
- Support with meals when required and have an understanding off dietary requirements for each individual.
- Support residents to use the toilet when required
- Support with dental hygiene
- Complete daily paperwork
- You will be expected to report and carry out tasks given to you by the senior/Nurse on duty.
- Complete mandatory training
Experience of working in a care role is preferred however it is not essential. Training will be provided.
A DBS will be required before starting this role.
