Care Worker: Sponsorship Available

Ronti Care Solutions is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our growing team.

Some of the responsibilities will include :

· Liaising with Service Users, families, care staff and other professional to ensure an efficient service provision and resolve complaints.

· Support with medications as prescribed

. working with children and young people with additional needs.

· Help client with personal care task such as washing/shower, dressing etc

· Support with meal preparation

· Support or supervise transfers

· Support client with shopping

· Safeguarding clients.

· Support with housework

Ideally, we are looking for

· Experience working with Children and young people with additional needs

· Qualification in Health and social care or equivalent

· Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Ability to learn new software packages

· Organised and good customer service skills as you will be the first point of call to all staff and clients

· Willingness to undertake care calls in the community.
