Job Summary
The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team is a multi-disciplinary team offering intensive short-term crisis mental health interventions to those in the Chichester and Bognor Regis area. We aim to prevent hospital admissions and to facilitate supported discharges from mental health hospital settings.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit someone, who is enthusiastic, with good communication skills and is committed to working as part of a team and in partnership with service users and carers.
You will need to have some experience of working in a mental health setting and be willing to work flexible hours to enable the team to provide a 7 day service.
You will receive regular supervision and have the opportunity for personal and professional development as well as contributing to the team’s development.
You will be expected to travel across sites in order to cover an urban / rural area.

- NVQ Level 3 in Care and equivalent skills acquired through experience
