Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the home care sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional care to seniors. This role requires the ability to manage care plans effectively, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of medication administration and overall care within our Home Care facility.
Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the home care facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Develop, implement, and manage individual care plans for residents, tailoring services to meet their unique needs.
- Supervise Team Leaders and care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality care delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident health and wellbeing, making necessary adjustments to care plans as required.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care services.
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the home care or assisted living sector.
- Strong understanding of care plans, medication administration, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to resident interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, staff, and external healthcare providers to deliver optimal care solutions.
