Duties

• Supervise Team Leaders and care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality care delivery.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident health and wellbeing, making necessary adjustments to care plans as required.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care services.
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the home care or assisted living sector.
• Strong understanding of care plans, medication administration, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
