AAYAAN TRADING LIMITED is proud to be one of the pioneers in the industry of electronic cigarette. We sell on ecommerce portals including ebay, amazon, onbuy as well as on our own website. We are also expanding to integrate into wholesales market.

We are currently seeking an experienced candidate who can manage and assist our business operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day to day business operations. Interested candidates are prompted to apply if they have following skills. The detailed description is given below.

Job description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):

  • From the point of receiving an order, manage the entire internal operational process to the point of dispatch to ensure on-time and accurate product dispatch.
  • Communicating with customers about key order requirements and ensuring flawless customer service.
  • Managing office supplies, product inventories, product packaging and preparing purchase orders.
  • Working closely with Sales and Purchase teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Working closely with the technical team to ensure required technical knowledge is provided to the customers.
  • Manage technical requirements (software and application update and installations) of the business for smooth business operations.
  • Ensure customers are responded on-time and accurately with key product features and FAQ.
  • Ensure customers receive a high level of technical support where necessary.
  • Implement new processes for support customer service.
  • Support sales and marketing team in getting organisational goals.

Person specification (Skill, Qualifications, Experience):

· 2 years’ experience of managing organization operations and customer service.

· Ability to learn on the job and adapt to changes

· Customer service experience using written communication is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Efficient organizational skills, teamwork and time management skills.
  • Proven experience in office management, preferably in a small business setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet (internet browsing skills).
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently, priorities tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Continuous Improvement of current system to reduce operational inefficiencies.
