Gleam Healthcare Ltd is recruiting domiciliary care workers to support individuals in their own homes across Goole. This is an immediate-start role for committed, compassionate professionals who are ready to work in the community and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Important Requirements
• You must relocate to Goole before starting employment
• You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
• You must be available to start work immediately
• This role is open to UK-based applicants. Certificate of Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates
Key Details
- Permanent, full-time contract
- 40 hrs hours per week
- Minimum pay rate: £12.82 per hour
- Paid mileage
- Community-based role covering Goole and surrounding areas

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, respectful and dignified personal care in line with individual care plans
- Support with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, mobility support and companionship
- Administer and accurately record medication in accordance with policy and training
- Promote emotional wellbeing and independence
- Follow risk assessments and safeguarding procedures at all times
- Maintain clear, accurate and timely documentation
- Report concerns, changes in condition or incidents promptly
- Work in line with CQC Fundamental Standards, local authority requirements and Home Office sponsorship duties
- Participate in training, supervision and ongoing competency assessments
- Support individuals with complex needs, including end-of-life care where required
- Deliver culturally sensitive and person-centred care
