We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The Care Worker will be responsible for delivering high-quality care while fostering a supportive environment for our service users.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support patients with meal preparation and ensure they receive proper nutrition.
• Assist in manual handling & transferring of patients as required.
• Monitor and document patient behaviour and health status, reporting any changes to management, family, health professionals.
• Engage with patients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
• accompany patients to appointments or social activities when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in care work, particularly domiciliary care.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact compassionately with patients and their families.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing attentive care.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
• We are looking for a female care worker.

• Candidate must drive and have their own car.
