Job Summary
Physical Health Nurse Associate to complete annual physical health reviews including ECG and phlebotomy. Provide Health promotion and Liaise with agencies to improve the overall Health of those with a first episode of Psychosis.
Main duties of the job
Physical health reviews- ECG, phlebotomy, BMI, physical observations and lifestyle assessment.
Provide health promotion
Attend MDT and liaise with agencies to improve health
Documentation of outcomes
