Health Care Assistant (Domiciliary Care): Sponsorship Available

We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Health Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team. We welcome applications from candidates who are eligible for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) visa switch, as well as those who already have the legal right to work in the UK.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A clean DBS check.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• Access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• A valid Practical Manual Handling Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
• A Care Certificate.
• Good spoken and written English.
• A caring, professional, and reliable attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Health Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes by promoting independence while providing assistance where needed. Your duties may include:

• Personal care.
• Meal preparation.
• Shopping and errands.
• Enablement and rehabilitation support.
• Respite care.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• General household assistance.
• Maintaining accurate care records.
• Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Experience

Preferred:

• At least one year’s experience in domiciliary or home care.

Language:

• English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence a must (required)
