Salary £50,650 – £55,000 plus package dependent on experience

Full time 37.5 hours a week although 0.8wte 30 hours a week may be considered

Location: West Midlands

Hybrid Working but ideally based in the Midlands (Some travel is required to fulfil this role within the midlands)

Main duties of the job

Outpatients Services, St Andrews Healthcare

We have an exciting opportunity within our Neurodevelopmental Services for a Clinically Registered Service Manager who can support the leading and development of our growing Autism and ADHD assessment and intervention service. Currently, most of these services are being delivered online but there maybe be a requirement to travel into the community too. Travel to the Northampton work base will also be required for attendance to team meetings and supervision. Successful candidates will have a clinical background (Allied Health Professional or Nursing) and registration and have experience in leading, developing and growing a service as well as ideally leading and developing an MDT within neurodevelopment service.

Although our offices are based in Northampton, the post holder will be required to travel into the community so full drivers licence is desirable.

Our Outpatients Services currently offer a range of services including, a busy private therapy clinic, an Expert Witness Service, Diagnostic Assessment Clinics (ADHD and ASD) and a Complex Treatment Service for Military Veterans. Whilst this is a full-time permanent role, there would be the opportunity for the successful candidate to work along side other teams, collaborate with other teams and also complete CPD.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Must be an Allied Health Professional (AHP) with HCPC Registration or Nurse with NMC Registration

Experience

Essential

  • Must have experience working in a management / leadership role. Be able to demonstrate leading and developing a team as well as improving and developing a service

Desirable

  • It is desirable that you have experience working within Learning Disability, neurodevelopmental, autism, ASD or ADHD services but not essential.
  • Experience working in neurodevelopmental assessments services using ADOS, ADiR or DIVA would be highly advantageous but not essential
