We are seeking Nurses with AAU experience and expertise to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate a commitment to patient-centred care. You will need to be an experienced adult registered nurse with excellent leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant post basic clinical experience
  • ENB 998 or other mentorship qualification;
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant post basic clinical experience
  • Registered General Nurse with Current NMC registration

Desirable

  • Completion of work based competency modules
  • Completion of required The Trusts mandatory training updates
  • Develop oneself and contribute to the development of others
  • Enable people to learn and develop
  • Contribute to developing, testing and reviewing new concepts, models, methods, practices, products and equipment
