Pharmacy Dispenser

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team on a full-time basis at one of our pharmacy branches in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a busy pharmacy environment, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the dispensary.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions
• Maintain effective stock control and inventory management
• Support patients with their healthcare needs and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure the dispensary operates smoothly and efficiently
• Help minimise dispensing errors and stock losses
• Adhere to all pharmacy procedures, regulations, and confidentiality requirements

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing (essential)
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy dispensing experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Positive, proactive approach and ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to continuous professional and personal development
