People are at the heart of what we do and make our organisation a great place to work – providing mental health support to anyone aged 16 or over in Suffolk.
Due to our ongoing success and the continued demand for our services, we are expanding our team and looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join us.

Main duties of the job
You’ll already be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, experienced in delivering quality clinical sessions to clients and keeping up to date with advances in psychological therapies. Our PWPs work within the stepped care model, in accordance with NICE guidelines and approved clinical interventions.

- Working in one of our two Suffolk bases (Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds)
- Please note you will be expected to work on site for the full duration of your working hours initially, with flexibility reviewed during your first 6 months in role. Following review, a minimum of three days working on site is required.
