Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Health Systems Lead to support the development and delivery of creative health across North Central London. The role will provide strategic leadership to embed arts, culture and community-based approaches into health and care systems, improving population health outcomes and reducing health inequalities.
Main duties of the job
o Lead the development of a system-wide creative health modelo Build partnerships across NHS, local authorities and the cultural sectoro Expand creative health within social prescribing and clinical pathwayso Develop referral pathways between hospital and community serviceso Use data and evidence to demonstrate impact and outcomeso Identify funding opportunities and support sustainabilityo Lead governance groups and programme delivery

Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential
- Knowledge of wider health and social policy context including the priorities of the 10 Year Health Plan
- Knowledge of creative health research, policy or practice
- Understanding of health inequalities and determinants of health
- Knowledge and experience of co-production with a range of stakeholders
Desirable
- Relevant degree or similar qualification (public health, creative health) or equivalent professional /complex project management experience
- Knowledge and experience of using data both quantitative and qualitative
Experience

- Experience in developing partnerships and cross-sector working
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Experience of facilitating community participation and engagement of people with less heard voices
- Project management experience

- Lived experience of mental or physical long-term condition
