There are opportunities to pursue training in AMBIT, DBT skills, EMDR and other psychological therapies and interventions depending on your clinical interests and service needs.
We offer:
- A senior clinical role in a well-established multi-disciplinary team.
- CPD opportunities, including potential training in AMBIT, DBT, EMDR.
- Regular clinical supervision, a dedicated job plan, and a strong psychology network within CFHD.
Main duties of the job
- Provide specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for children, young people, and their families.
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary team working, sharing psychological thinking through consultation and joint work.
- Offer clinical supervision and support to colleagues within the Urgent Care pathway.
- Participate in service development, evaluation and quality improvement, aligned with the THRIVE framework.
- Support trauma-informed, developmentally sensitive practice across the pathway.
- Engage in CPD and training, with access to additional training opportunities depending on interest.
