Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive, high-level communications and engagement service to South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust and George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust by directly supporting the implementation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in relevant area(s).
  • Evidence of continued professional development.

Experience

Essential

  • Extensive communications and engagement experience (internal and external), within a complex organisation, comparable to master’s level knowledge.
  • Significant experience of planning and delivering communications and engagement strategies.
  • Experience preparing communications and engagement plans.
  • Experience undertaking face-toface engagement.
  • Experience designing and creating content for print, social media and other platforms (e.g. Canva)
  • Experience of working on complex programmes/ projects.

  • Ability to give advice at a range of organisational levels.
  • Able to persuade and influence to ensure appropriate approaches are used.
  • The ability to provide highly complex, and on occasion sensitive, information to a variety of audiences
