Highly Specialist Physiotherapist MSK Band 7
We have part time (30 hours 0.8 WTE) Band 7 post available in the Huntingdon and Doddington locality.
We are looking for a clinician who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, likes working in a team and wants to provide the best they can to their patients.
The applicant should have substantial post graduate experience in musculoskeletal outpatients.

Main duties of the job
To undertake advanced assessment and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal problems that may have complex and or chronic presentation and to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
To undertake clinical duties in a number of ways which may include face to face consultations, virtual consultations and Group settings.
Specialist assessment and treatment of patients as part of the multidisciplinary team, working towards maintaining a high standard of service in designated areas, independently responsible for own caseload and area of responsibility. Responsible for managing, prioritising and delegating this clinical caseload.
To assist in the management of the day-to-day clinical services of the team to ensure that a proficient and effective service is provided to all patients.

Qualifications & Training
Essential
- HCPC Registration
- Evidence of relevant post graduate study, courses and CPD
Desirable
- Extensive knowledge of non-MSK pathologies and managing an undifferentiated caseload.
- Previous experience of interpreting investigations

- Substantial post graduate MSK experience
- Evidence of advanced supervisory skills with complex patient presentation and management

- Demonstratable expert knowledge of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
