Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping services run smoothly, supporting colleagues to succeed and ensuring patients receive an excellent experience. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll help coordinate activity, support service delivery, oversee performance, manage competing priorities and contribute to the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality services. Depending on the role, you’ll also provide day-to-day leadership, support workforce planning, monitor service performance and help drive continuous improvement. Each role offers the opportunity to develop specialist expertise while building leadership, operational and professional skills within a modern healthcare environment. Whether your interests lie in patient access, service delivery, team coordination, performance management or specialist services, you’ll be part of a workforce that is helping to redefine clinical administration for the future.
