Job summary
Make a lasting difference to patient care across surgery, critical care and the interface between services. We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking clinical pharmacist to join us in this pivotal Band 8a role, combining advanced patient-facing practice with leadership in medicines safety, governance and service improvement.
This is an essential clinical role with a clear purpose: to assure the safe, effective and evidence-based use of medicines across surgical and critical care pathways. You will communicate clearly, maintain exemplary clinical documentation and role-model the professional accountability expected at this level to colleagues across pharmacy and the wider multidisciplinary team.
If you are ready to combine advanced clinical practice with great teamwork, effective leadership and meaningful service improvement for our patients, we would be delighted to hear from you.
