Female ONLY Home Care Assistant: Sponsorship Available

Location: Huddersfield & Halifax
Hours Available:

• Full-time: 40 hours including weekends

Key Requirements

• Female drivers only (occupational requirement exemption under the Equality Act 2010 due to client care needs)
• Must be caring, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
• Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates currently studying or recently graduated from a UK degree-level course
• Applicants seeking sponsorship must successfully complete a minimum of 20 hours per week for an initial 3-month period before sponsorship can be considered
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — full paid training provided

The Role

As a Care Professional, you will support clients in their own homes, helping to improve and maintain their overall quality of life. Care is tailored to each individual’s needs and may include:

• Personal care and hygiene support
• Assistance with medication
• Meal preparation and nutrition support

Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship

We are able to consider Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for suitable applicants who:

• Have completed, or are completing, a UK degree-level university course
• Require sponsorship to continue working in the UK
• Successfully complete a minimum 3-month probationary period working at least 20 hours per week
