**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at a charming care home near Helensburgh. In this role, you will be vital in ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Coordinate and manage care for residents in collaboration with the care team.

– Organise and oversee shifts, ensuring all care is delivered to a high standard.

– Administer and accurately record medication, as well as update residents’ digital care plans.

– Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

– Assist with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff.

**About You:**

This role is ideal if you:

– Have experience supervising a care team.

– Possess empathy and a deep understanding of residents’ needs.

– Demonstrate strong leadership skills and can work effectively as part of a team.

– Are detail-oriented, organised, and methodical in your approach.

– Are flexible with working hours, duties, and responsibilities.

**Qualifications:**

– NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or currently working towards it.
