Graphic Designer: Sponsorship Available

We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Photoshop, with additional skills in Figma and Illustrator, considered a significant advantage. Effective communication in both English and Bangla is crucial, and familiarity with MS Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities:

Design and Create:

• Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for posters, menus, and various marketing materials for internal and external customers.

Software Proficiency:

• Demonstrate expertise in Photoshop, utilizing it as the primary tool for graphic design.
• Familiarity with Figma and Illustrator is a plus, contributing to a versatile skill set.

Multilingual Communication: (Advantage)

• Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas in both English and Bangla and Hindi.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders to align design concepts with overall brand and communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Proficient in Photoshop; additional skills in Figma and Illustrator are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
