Sushi Chef: Sponsorship Available

Job Summary

We are a sushi take away chain based in Edinburgh. As an expanding company we are looking for permanent full time sushi chefs to join our lovely team.

Your responsibilities including:

1. Preparing the ingredients for sushi (cutting cucumbers, carrots and avocados etc)

2. Making sushi as company standard (maki, nigiri, sashimi)

3. Handling fish ideally (nigiri and sashimi)

4. Using machines properly and safely

5. Cleaning working area and keep it clean and tidy all the time

We look for people with an entrepreneurial profile who are ready to come to work excited about food. 1-5 years’ experience preferred.
