We are based in FORT WILLIAM, HIGHLAND, SCOTLAND.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Conduct general servicing and maintenance for both cars and vans.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on vehicles.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options.
- Weld components as required for specific repairs or modifications.
- Wheel & tyre replacement including balancing and 4-wheel alignment.
Experience
- Master Technician (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
- Manufacturer experience is preferred.
- Experience working with hybrid and electric vehicles.
- Very strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with automotive schematics, diagrams and technical manuals.
- Experience in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
