As part of our scale-up initiative, we are actively expanding our operational capabilities, launching new service packages, and building out new client segments. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation that specialises in marketing, product development and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand our service offerings and client base, particularly targeting APAC-focused businesses and local Asian communities in the UK.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and partners, effectively enhancing collaborative opportunities.
Lead and develop compelling, data-driven proposals and competitor analyses to inform strategic decision-making, pricing strategies, and innovative service delivery methods.
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, content creation, influencer management, and e-commerce services to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
Help to oversee market trends, sales performance, and revenue streams, providing regular analytical insights and recommending operational adjustments for sustained growth.
Represent the company at events and industry gatherings to increase visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in business development, strategic market entry, stakeholder engagement, and sales management (preferably with international and cross-cultural exposure)
Strong commercial acumen with proven skills in partnership development, client acquisition, stakeholder management, pricing strategy and financial oversight
Ability to lead and work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Exceptional communication and networking skills
Fluent in English (Professional level); fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
