What we are looking for:

We’re looking for dedicated a Care Assistant to join our rural care team, covering Stirling, Dunblane and Bridge of Allan, and surrounding areas.

This is a rewarding and vital role that helps people continue to live safely and happily at home. You’ll support clients with day-to-day tasks, provide companionship, and ensure their wellbeing – all while building meaningful connections in your local community.

We’re proud to offer

  • Excellent hourly rate: £15.20–£16.00/hour
  • 2 weekends off per month
  • Full run time paid
  • Travel paid at 45p/mile
  • Travel time factored into your rota, allowing realistic travel between visits
  • Longer visits (minimum 45-minute personal care sessions)
  • Ongoing support and training from our wider Hamill Homecare network

  • Experienced in providing professional care and support
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet
  • Flexible to meet changing client needs
  • Knowledgeable about National Care Standards
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team

Key Details:

  • Permanent contract (average 35 hours/week) with the option for overtime
  • A variety of shifts including AM, PM and at least one split shift per week
  • Driver with access to own vehicle essential
