We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate’s will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Be flexible in the area you work
• Use your own initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
• Be compassionate and understanding of other’s needs.
• Own transport
• Good local knowledge
• Must be able to work every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.
• Drive to various locations as needed to provide home care services.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the care environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of care plans and their implementation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to drive and transport clients as needed
• Experience in home care and care home settings.
