Care Assistant: Sponsorship Available

The Company will be providing care and support to individual people; from daily hourly visits up to full 24 hour care. Therefore, we have a combination of work patterns available which could easily help you achieve the perfect home/work life balance.

Duties:
– Providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in care facilities
– Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals
– Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
– Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
– Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
– Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
– Following care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Compassionate and patient demeanor
– Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing circumstances
– Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and procedures
– Understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations

• Care experience – you must have at least 6 months experience working in the UK as a Care Assistant in a domiciliary care setting
• You MUST hold a Full UK valid Driving License & access to own vehicle essential
