Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our compassionate team at Celtic Care Services Ltd. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management.
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Develop positive relationships with clients to promote their well-being.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs.
- Basic knowledge of assisted living practices and home care procedures.
- Willingness to undergo training as required for the role.
