Care Worker: Sponsorship Available

Mandatory requirements for visa switches / Skilled workers route:

– Caregiving / Nursing aide course

– Fully completed Care Certificate

– Domiciliary care experience (1 year minimum)

– Access to own vehicle

– Full UK driving license

– All mandatory documents required to apply for visa

– Relocation to Burton-on-Trent is mandatory

Responsibilities:
– Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
– Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
– Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
– Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with client
– Assist with housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up

We’re looking for:

– Experience in domiciliary care
– Compassionate, friendly and trustworthy
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in PEG, RIG, challenging behaviour, seizures, diabetes
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience:

• Domiciliary Care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
