​Sponsorship & Compliance Requirements
​Unity Health Care Solutions is a licensed sponsor. To remain compliant with Home Office “Genuine Vacancy” and record-keeping duties, the following terms apply:

  • ​Initial Training & Trial Period: All candidates must work with us for an initial period of three months before a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) can be assigned.
  • ​Initial Working Hours: During this 3-month trial, candidates are permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • ​Student Visa Exception: If you currently hold a valid Student Visa that legally permits you to work more than 20 hours per week during vacations, we can accommodate those additional hours in line with your visa conditions.
  • ​Full Sponsorship: Upon successful completion of the trial and the assignment of your CoS, you will transition to a permanent 37.5-hour per week contract.
  • ​Sponsorship Rules: Applicants must have a valid sponsor and work their full contracted hours with that sponsor.
  • ​Home Office Restrictions: It is against Home Office rules to employ those without a sponsor unless they are registered with the Displaced Workers Hub.

Requirements

  • ​Local: Living in or very near Hexham.
  • ​Genuine & Reliable: Truly caring about making a difference and being someone our clients can rely on.
  • ​Mobile: You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • ​Vetting: Successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
