Care Worker: Sponsorship Available

Elite Assistance Limited are looking to add to our amazing team of carers working in the Solihull borough and surrounding areas.

Our mission is to assist people, affected by illness or disability who choose to remain living in their own homes, with all aspects of daily living. Our team members are compassionate, professional individuals with positive attitudes , big smiles and flexible approaches .

We are a small care business where everyone’s contribution is highly valued. You will travel in the community and see several people each shift, all of whom have great stories and unique needs. You will be part of a small care team who are passionate about treating people with respect and dignity. Does that sound like a challenge you could rise too ? if so we would love to hear off you. .

Our Care Worker posts are from a few hours a week to full time. We can offer work at any time within the day/night but you must be available for a minimum of a four hour shift in the day and nights are 9 hours long. We also expect everyone to contribute to the unsociable part of our work so if you are looking for 9-5 on a week days this is not for you.

We do offer sponsorship switches to those on already on a Skilled Worker visa with another care company.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
