Care Worker/Support Worker: Sponsorship Available

Responsibilities:
– Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting
– Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
– Administer medications and monitor health conditions
– Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
– Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
– Document and report any changes in behavior or health status

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Compassionate and patient demeanor
– Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
