Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including dressing, bathing, grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Support with medication as per care plans.
- Help prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Keep accurate daily records of care provided.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in clients’ homes.
- Liaise with families and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
- Kind, compassionate and respectful.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and punctual.
- Drivers only- must have access to a car and be able to obtain business car insurance.
- DBS check required (can be arranged during onboarding).
