What You’ll Do:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication administration.
  • Safely transport fellow staff members to and from client visits, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
  • Follow the care plan and tasks provided through our Birdie App, reporting any deviations or concerns to management.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their individual needs are met while maintaining their dignity and independence.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, safeguarding practices, and regulations.

What We Need From You:

  • full UK driving licence or in-date international licence.
  • Access to a vehicle suitable for work with Class 1 business insurance.
  • A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding care.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Registration or willingness to register with Social Care Wales.
