Carer: Sponsorship Available

Join our team as a Carer and make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. Your key responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with medication, meal preparation, domestic tasks, and supporting clients during community visits. Regular communication with our office support team is essential, as is embodying our SONDER HOME CARE values daily.

About you:
• Do you have a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients?
• Do you have previous experience? this isn’t essential, as full training is provided
• Are you the holder of a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle?
• Do you have business insurance on your vehicle or are you happy to obtain it?
• Are you flexible in the hours you can work and able to work every other weekend?
• Are you able to work independently and as part of a team?

Experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided. A UK driving licence, access to a vehicle (with business insurance or willingness to obtain it), flexibility to work varied hours (including alternate weekends), and teamwork are crucial.
