As one of two new Clinical Administration Training and Development Leads, you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our workforce.
One lead will focus on the training and development of Service Co-ordinators and another on Ward & Reception staff.
Working with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll help shape learning experiences, support people through change and build confidence in the skills, systems and technologies that underpin modern healthcare administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring and helping others succeed.

Main duties of the job
You’ll work closely with managers, teams and project colleagues to support development, deliver training and help create a culture of continuous learning. From supporting new starters to helping experienced colleagues embrace new ways of working, you’ll make a lasting impact on both individuals and services.

Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent training and experience in business administration, teaching, management or other relevant subject area
- Adult educator qualification or relevant experience
- Qualification in coaching and or mentoring or the equivalent experience
- Confident using training compliance data to identify gaps, trends, and interventions; Produces reports and action plans
