We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading our customer service team, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Analyse customer service data to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
– Manage and supervise the customer service team, providing guidance and support
– Communicate with customers via various channels to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback
– Lead the team in delivering exceptional service standards
– Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

Skills:
– Proficient in English and Spanish languages
– Strong leadership and supervisory skills
– Ability to manage and motivate a multilingual team effectively
– Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
