Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to manage a multilingual team effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
– Analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the team
– Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Manage escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
– Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions
– Provide coaching and training to enhance team members’ skills and performance
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a supervisory role within a customer service environment
– Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
– Excellent analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Experience in handling customer escalations with tact and diplomacy
– Knowledge of CRM systems for tracking customer interactions
– Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
