This role is ideal for a Junior Analyst looking for their next step – it is a significant role within a small business, providing an integral service within an exciting and growing company. – Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
– Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data
– Create reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Tableau
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy
– Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity
– Assist in the development of data models and algorithms for predictive analytics
– Customer relationship management, Standard process problem solving.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
– Familiarity with database design principles and experience working with server-based databases
– Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, R, Python is a plus
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
– Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and insights
