Duties

• Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement practices.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.
• Maintain an organised and clean dispensary environment that enhances the customer experience.
• Utilise effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.

• Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and suppliers.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous but not essential.
