We accept expressions of interest for Care Worker (6135) and Senior Care Worker (6136) roles. We do not always have vacancies available, and registering interest does not guarantee an offer or sponsorship. Where a vacancy arises, applications are reviewed in application date order (first received, first reviewed) once eligibility is confirmed, and we will progress candidates who best match the role requirements and experience.  

Please note: sponsorship for SOC 6135/6136 is currently limited to candidates already in the UK (permission to stay), and (for England) roles must be with a CQC-regulated provider.  

Spotlight Healthcare services provide supported living to adult clients with Learning and/ or mental disabilities across 10 houses in Leigh, Southend and Rochford. We have great opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our team and add support workers, team leaders and managers. These roles were across all of the above locations. 

As we provide support 24 hours a day, there are opportunities to work morning shifts afternoon shifts and sleep shifts.

DBS checks and references are required, and on-the-job training will be provided as well as an opportunity to gain NVQ qualifications in social care.
