We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team, providing high-quality support to our clients in Loughborough and surrounding villages. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone’s life by offering respectful and dignified care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting with mobility and physical needs
• Administering medication as required
• Promoting independence and emotional well-being
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns

What We’re Looking For:

• A kind, empathetic, and respectful approach
• Must be willing to do a mixture of AM & afternoon shifts along with alternative weekends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings
