About ICare Group

At ICare Group, we are more than just a care provider—we are a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Our domiciliary care services enable individuals to remain in the comfort of their own homes while receiving essential support with dignity, respect, and compassion.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Female Home Care Workers to support clients across the Sefton area.

This is a female-only role, which is lawful under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1: Occupational Requirements) due to the personal care duties involved, including intimate care. Applicants must live in, or be able to reliably travel within, the Sefton area and hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.

Sponsorship available: We are able to offer visa sponsorship to candidates currently residing in the UK on a Graduate Visa and/or Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) Visa, subject to eligibility and Home Office requirements.
