We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain an organized and efficient workplace. The Floor Manager will supervise staff, manage orders, and ensure that customers have a smooth and pleasant experience. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the takeaway floor, including supervising staff, monitoring order flow, and addressing customer inquiries.

Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise floor staff to ensure they provide excellent service and follow company protocols.

Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, packaging, and presentation; ensure hygiene and safety protocols are followed.

Order Management: Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage orders efficiently and minimize wait times, especially during peak hours.

Inventory and Supplies: Monitor stock levels for packaging, condiments, and other essentials; coordinate restocking with suppliers or inventory manager as needed.

Sales Reporting: Track daily sales, manage cash handling, and assist with end-of-day closing procedures.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, takeaway, or fast-food environment.

Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to lead and motivate a team.

Problem-Solving: Quick-thinking and resourceful in handling issues with customers, orders, or staff.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Certification: Food Safety and Hygiene certification is a plus.
