Home Care Workers: Sponsorship Available

Hours:

Full time, part time and permanent shifts available. Weekdays and Weekend shifts.

VHM care is a Family run Home Care Provider.

Established in 2017, we have grown to support our local community ( Worthing).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
• Assist clients with daily activities, making sure clients are comfortable and well.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with client’s families.
• Nurture a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.

What you’ll need:

• Full Driving Licence (required)
• Access to your vehicle which you must insure of business use.
• The right to work in the UK (COS available to the right candidate)

• English (required)
