Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee our hospitality operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage resources efficiently, and maintain high standards of service. The Hotel is a boutique hotel consisiting of 25 Bedrooms a bar and a restaurant with occasionol meeting , weddings and Functions .We provide a live -in accomodation which is essential for the job .
Responsibilities:
– Managing day-to-day hotel operations, including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services
– Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver outstanding customer service
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
– Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase hotel profitability
– Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly
– Managing budgets, financial plans, and controlling expenditure
– Collaborating with the human resources department for staffing needs and employee development
Skills:
– Extensive experience in the hospitality industry with a strong background in hotel management
– Proficiency in multiple languages to cater to international guests effectively
– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
– In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and industry trends
– Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for communicating with a wider range of guests
– Strong supervisory skills to ensure smooth daily operations
– F&B experience is a must to operate the hotel bar and restaurant.
