Gozone Care
We are seeking two experienced live in carers to support one of our female clients in Pulborough.
1 month on 1 month off with time off between 9:00am and 3:00pm 3 times per week.
Provide care and support to people in their own homes. We support the elderly, younger adults, support people with learning difficulties, support individuals with mental health issues and physical disabilities and individuals with different stages of dementia.
Assist with personal care, medication, and meal preparation, light domestic housework and shopping.
Support individuals to access the community and provide companionship on days out.
All carers are allocated an Area Co-ordinator who work alongside all carers and are there for advice and support.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Use your own initiative
Must be experienced with supporting people who have challenging behaviours
Be compassionate and understanding of other’s needs.
All carers are subject to a positive DBS check.
All carers are to attend Mandatory training sessions on Moving & Handling, Medication, Safeguarding Vulnerable adults, Food Hygiene, Infection control, First Aid and the Care Certificate.
