Job summary

Applications are invited for the post of Locum Consultant Anaesthetist with Specialist Interest in Paediatric Anaesthesia, based at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge to commence from March 2027 for a period of 12 months.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will cover paediatric theatres, including neonates, but there will be a commitment to deliver adult sessions. All of our locum consultants also deliver one longer day involving an evening trauma session on a 1:10 basis, Monday – Friday.

You will be fully registered with the GMC and have a CCT in Anaesthesia or be within six months of award of CCT at the time of interview or have submitted paperwork for Specialist Registration via CESR.
